Make Up For Ever Mat Velvet+ Foundation | Review

I have stayed true to my holy grail foundation for the last three years but lately I feel like I’ve built a love/hate relationship with it. I think that was a sign that I needed to try something different. Just over a year ago a Make Up For Ever counter opened in my local Debenhams store and I’ve walked past it numerous times without even stopping to look at its products. My Everyday Mummy Makeup | Routine

Since becoming a mummy my makeup routine has changed a hell of a lot. In fact I’ve minimised so much on products because I rarely have more than 10/15 minutes to make myself look remotely decent. I thought today I would share my holy grail mummy products. I should point out that I have incredibly oily skin so the products I use are all in line with my skin type. Soap and Glory Thick & Fast Mascara | Review

When Soap and Glory released their brand in Boots I was all over it but somehow over the years I haven’t been purchasing their products as much (no real explanation for this). However, in the Boots 70% sale I picked up the Winter Wonder Glam Gift Set which included the Thick & Fast High Definition Collagen Coat Mascara (£10.50), the packaging has certainly has a re-vamp since I last used this product (2014) and in my opinion it looks a lot more aesthetically pleasing. Filling my eyebrows in only became a recent venture in my makeup routine and for those of you who do fill your brows in you’ll know it isn’t always an easy or quick task. I start work at 4am (#airportlife) so needed to find a product that was a quick solution to filling and sculpting my brows.
