I’ve always spent a hell of a lot of money on perfume and never battered an eyelid when it came to the cost of them, but all that changed when I came across the Zara Woman fragrance range.
Whenever I go into a department store I always go and spritz a bit of Flora by Gucci on a little card and smell it as I walk around and have been so tempted to buy it, not sure what has stopped me but now I’m glad I didn’t part with £75!
I popped into Zara to purchase their Eau De Toilette (EDT) called Apple Juice which smells amazing but it was out of stock. I’m quite fussy when it comes to perfume scents so I was gutted. I spent a good 15 minutes spraying the fragrances one by one on their little cards and came across Floral, when I smelt it I instantly thought the scent seemed really familiar and realised it smelt just like Flora by Gucci.
I’m rubbish when it comes to describing scents and wouldn’t want to put you off with my description so here is the actual description, ‘top notes are lemon and mandarin orange; middle notes are rose and jasmine; base notes are amber and vanilla’. For £9.99 (bargain!) you get a 100ml in a glass bottle which is simple but has a high end look to it.
It’s compact enough to pop into your handbag and if you like to change your perfume frequently then Zara Woman perfumes are great alternatives to high end brands. I’m sure there are a few more dupes I just need to find them.
Unfortunately the perfumes are not available online so I suggest when you pop into Zara head to their perfume section and get smelling I’m sure you’ll find a fragrance you fall in love with and won’t look back.
Have you tried any perfumes from Zara? Which one is your favourite?
