If you follow me on social media you’ll know that I gave birth three months ago and now more than ever I realise how important it is to look after my body both inside and out. As much as I try and maintain a healthy balanced diet I don’t necessarily get all the nutrients I need. Becoming a mummy also means I tend to struggle to do any exercise, not sure if the occasional walks with the little one count.
Giving birth was the most amazing experience but both the pregnancy and labour have definitely taken their toll on my body. My skin, hair and nails are no longer flourishing after birth and sleep is a thing of the past! I believe it’s important for me to maintain my post-natal vitamins just as I did with the pre-natal ones. *Seven Seas Perfect7 Woman has been developed to tackle seven different concern areas to help women of all ages to look and feel great. The supplements have been designed to include a blend of marine oils which have been specially formulated to provide absorption of nutrients in your body’s cells to support you from the inside.
The vitamins are packaged in a 30 day duo pack, a traditional fish oil capsule and a combination tablet. The simplicity of these tablets means it’s a quick swallow of just two tablets rather than a multitude of tablets to tackle different areas. They also retail for £10.49 which I think is quite reasonable for a 30 day supply and can be purchased from most supermarkets.
I’m sure we all try to do what we can to keep ourselves youthful and fit from the outside but often neglect the inside which is probably the most important area we should focus on. I’ll be posting an update of what I thought of these vitamins and whether they have been beneficial in supporting the seven areas for me. They have been voted ‘Product of the Year’ in the Vitamin and Supplements category in 2016 so I’ve got high hopes.
