I love to wear eye makeup which includes eye shadow, waterproof eyeliner and mascara but I hate having to remove it by tugging away at my eyes. The Garnier Express 2 in 1 Eye Make-Up Remover has become a staple product in my evening skincare routine.
I stumbled across this product when buying the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water and with it being on offer (£2.33) I got sucked in to giving it a try. I’ve always used face wipes to remove my eye makeup and those of you who’ve tried this method will know how much of a pain it is to rub your eyes several times in the removal process. I hate having to do this tiresome routine for the mere fact that I’m going to end up with premature lines around my eyes from the constant rubbing!
The Garnier Express 2 in 1 Eye Make-Up Remover comes in a 125ml transparent plastic bottle. It contains a bi-phase formula (part oil and part water based solution) which needs to be shaken before use. I apply a few drops onto two cotton pads and hold them down against my eyelids for a couple of seconds to allow the makeup to break down. I then gently wipe away starting at the inner corner of my eye moving outwards.
Any product that can remove eye makeup gently and without stinging or causing excess oil build up is a huge winner for me. It will even remove the Benefit They’re Real Push Up Liner in one wipe, and for those of you who have swatched the product will know it’s staying power! I can’t recommend this product enough; it’s cheap and does a brilliant job so for me it’s a no brainer!
Have you tried any of the Garnier make up removing products?
